Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All Target Copywriter services are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments. Deliverables are sent as digital files (Google Doc, Word, or PDF) via email to the address provided at checkout.

2. When work begins

Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving both payment confirmation and a completed project brief. We will follow up within five business days if a brief has not been received.

3. Delivery timelines by service

• Website Copywriting: 5-7 business days from brief confirmation
• Email Sequences: 7-10 business days from brief confirmation
• Landing Page Copy: 4-6 business days from brief confirmation
• Brand Voice and Messaging: 10-14 business days from discovery session
• Long-Form Content: 3-5 business days per article
• Sales Page Copy: 7-9 business days from brief confirmation

4. Rush delivery

The 48-Hour Rush Delivery add-on is available for most services. Rush delivery means the first draft is delivered within 48 hours of brief confirmation, not 48 hours from order placement.

5. Delays

If a delay occurs on our side, we will notify you within one business day. Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late client feedback are outside our control.

6. Delivery formats

We deliver as Google Doc (default), Microsoft Word (.docx), or PDF. Please specify your preferred format in the project notes at checkout.
