We need a completed brief, either from our brief call or our written questionnaire. This covers your offer, target audience, tone preferences, competitors you admire or want to differentiate from, and the specific goal of the piece. The more specific the brief, the stronger the copy.
We specialise in English copy. For Spanish copy, we can work with your in-house writer using our messaging frameworks as the strategic foundation. We can also refer you to trusted Spanish copywriters we have worked alongside.
The Essentials package includes 2 rounds, the Studio package includes 3 rounds per piece, and the Authority package includes unlimited rounds. Additional rounds can be purchased as an add-on for any package.
Turnaround varies by service: landing pages and articles take 3-6 business days, website copy sets take 5-7 days, email sequences take 7-10 days, and brand messaging frameworks take 10-14 days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on for most services.
Yes, for clients with regular content needs -- typically two or more pieces per month. Retainer arrangements are discussed after an initial project so we can establish the rhythm, brief format, and working style that suits both sides.
By default, we deliver as a Google Doc with commenting enabled so you can annotate feedback directly. We can also deliver as Word (.docx) or clean PDF. If you use a specific content platform or CMS, let us know and we will format accordingly.
