Refund Policy

1. Our quality commitment

We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed brief. The revision process exists to ensure that outcome. If the work does not meet the agreed brief after revision rounds have been used, we will address it.

2. Eligible refund situations

• The delivered copy materially fails to address the brief as originally submitted.
• Target Copywriter is unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our side.
• The project has not begun because the Client has not submitted their brief within 30 days of purchase.

3. Non-refundable situations

• The Client has changed the scope or goals after work has begun.
• All included revision rounds have been used.
• Delays were caused by the Client failing to provide required information or feedback.
• The Client has already published or used the delivered copy.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@targetcopywriter.com within 14 days of final delivery with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We respond within five business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
